Return & Refund Policy

At Grand Rapids Furniture Outlet, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our business and the deeply discounted, liquidated inventory we sell, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

All Sales Are Final

  • All furniture is sold as-is.

  • Once an item has been purchased, the sale is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, size issues, or aesthetic preferences.

Liquidated & One-of-a-Kind Items

Our inventory consists of liquidated and one-of-a-kind items, including sectionals, sofas, and recliners. Availability is limited, and items may not be restocked once sold.

Inspection Prior to Purchase

Customers are strongly encouraged to:

  • Inspect items carefully before purchase

  • Ask questions about condition, dimensions, and features

  • Ensure the item will fit through doorways and into the intended space

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have inspected the item (or waived inspection) and accept its condition.

Damages & Defects

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present due to the nature of liquidation merchandise.

  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the item leaves our store or warehouse.

  • No refunds or returns will be issued for wear, imperfections, or manufacturer defects.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for items that do not fit through doorways, stairwells, or elevators.
