6. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery is performed by our in-house delivery team.

  • Delivery fees are based on distance and are non-refundable.

  • Deliveries over 100 miles require a custom quote.

  • We are not responsible for items that do not fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, or elevators.

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive delivery.

7. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the item leaves our store or warehouse or is delivered and accepted.
