At Grand Rapids Furniture Outlet, we provide in-house delivery to ensure your furniture is handled with care. Delivery fees are based on distance from our location and are calculated using tiered mileage ranges.

Delivery Area & Pricing

We offer local and regional delivery with pricing based on distance:

  • 0–9 miles – Tier 1 delivery rate

  • 10–39 miles – Tier 2 delivery rate

  • 39–100 miles – Tier 3 delivery rate

Delivery rates may vary depending on distance, item size, and order quantity. Applicable delivery fees will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery Over 100 Miles

For deliveries over 100 miles, please contact us directly for a custom delivery quote.
We are happy to work with you to arrange delivery when possible.

In-House Delivery

  • All deliveries are completed by our own delivery team.

  • We do not ship furniture via third-party carriers.

  • Delivery dates are scheduled after purchase and subject to availability.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure clear access to the delivery location, including doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators.

  • We are not responsible for items that do not fit into the intended space.

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive the delivery.

Delivery Fees

  • All delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Missed delivery appointments may result in additional delivery charges.

Once an item has been delivered and accepted, Grand Rapids Furniture Outlet is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery.
